About Jason

Some people fall into technology. Jason grew into it through classrooms, community organizations, and years of watching mission-driven people struggle with systems that were supposed to help them.
That background shapes everything about how he works. He’s not a consultant who parachutes in with a deck full of recommendations and disappears. He’s a partner who sits with your team, learns your constraints, and helps you make smart technology decisions that your budget, your board, and your staff can all live with.
Jason has worked with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, Trine University, and Indiana Tech helping each of them move from technology uncertainty to technology confidence.
He is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, adjunct faculty member, and the author of Find Work Worth Doing: The Handbook for Creating a Meaningful Career. His second book, Herding Cats: Raising Expectations in L&D, is in progress.
Jason is based in Indianapolis. He believes good work is possible for every organization and every person.
